A wonderful place. The condo was clean and well stocked. Located perfectly in the village. Communication with with the host was excellent. The entire experience ran smooth with out any problems. We look forward to coming back.

Excellent experience. We truly enjoyed our stay. The Casita was well equipped and in very good shape. Very comfortable. The location was perfect - adjacent to the pool and close to the waterfront and restaurants. Easy to get around the area - to Lake Mead, Red Rock Canyon and Valley of Fire and Vegas proper.

Clean and excellent location.

Property manager very helpful. The property location is great, close to village restaurants and shops. The property was clean. The only recommendation would to have blackout blinds on the front of the unit. The lights outside at night were very bright and the blinds didn't block them well.

The property was perfectly located and the ideal layout for 3 mature couples. The beds were comfortable and the bed linens and towels were of a high standard. A small market and very good restaurants were mere feet away from the casita.
it should be noted that there is only one parking permit for the parking structure included. Any other vehicles must find space where possible. There were no kitchen staples other than pepper, so if you plan on cooking, it would be advisable to bring your own salt, oil and more kitchen towels, etc.
We had a few issues with cleanliness and pests. The previously mentioned water damage had not been addressed at the time of our stay.
Aside from these inconveniences, we had a peaceful, relaxing stay and we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Viera 180. The condo is centrally located with restaurants, grocery and water sports literally right outside the front door. The pool is outside the back door. The place was spotless and our host was extremely professional. If you want a quiet spot, away from the strip, to just relax with the family, this is it! Close enough to drive to Vegas, Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon if you wish. A great paved trail system just outside the community for jogging or light hiking.

It was a nice place; although there was some existing visible evidence of previous water damage to the ceiling, soffit, and base trim in the Master Bedroom on the Ground Level.

This is the perfect condo for a family getaway. We have three kids and we never stay on the strip when we bring our kids to Vegas. This is a beautiful quiet relaxing place for a vacation with family. We love the condo. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. And it's in the perfect location. Walk a few steps out to nice restaurants and shops. We love it!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who has small children and want a relaxing vacation away from the crazy busy strip. We will be back again.

This is a nice house. The only issue we had was with some construction in the adjacent house. This is convenient to Hoover Dam, Valley of Fire, and Vegas itself.

We had a great time and the location was great

Lake Las Vegas was a great surprise from fantastic restaurants, live entertainment, and water activities. Recommend this trip for anyone wanting to experience Las Vegas and not dealing with the crowds of the strip.

It is really roomy. Nice size kitchen with everything we needed to cook for our kids. Plus the grocery story was right near the casita. Very clean. They had everything ready. Sid let us check in early. Little wear and tear in the casita.

Very large condo with three bedrooms. It was great for us because there were 3 couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. You could walk out from the patio right down into the village. The store was right there. We bought wine and cheese and sat out on the patio. So nice.

The unit is in great shape and has everything you need. The patio is very close to the lake and also overlooks the village. It is a really great location. The rooms are large and spacious. The beds are comfortable. Having a full kitchen is very nice and convenient.

We were looking for something different to experience while in Las Vegas, this time. We usually stay in a high rise condo near the strip, and while that's nice, Sid's condo at Lake Las Vegas offers a quiet, elegant retreat. You will not be disappointed and Sid's attention to detail makes your stay a pleasant and memorable one.

The condo is clean and nice in a quiet neighborhood. It is about 35 minutes drive from the strip and easy access from different freeways. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the back patio. We would stay here again.

Best condo at Lake Las Vegas if you want to stay near village. Large, spacious and clean. We have stayed here many times.
We love Lake Las Vegas. It is very beautiful and serene. If you want to be near The Vegas Strip but away from the chaos this is the place.
There are beautiful Mediterranean style homes built on the hillsides surrounding the Lake. They have many free concerts and other events at the village. The Vegas strip is 20 minutes away.
The condo is two story with one bedroom upstairs and two downstairs. Three full size bathrooms. It has two nice size patio's. One downstairs and one upstairs.
The front door on bottom level opens directly onto the village street so you have restaurants, a small market, Gelato, candy shop and the lake steps away. (No cars allowed on village street, only golf carts).
The pool is directly outside the upstairs door.
It's a short walk to the parking lot but you can park in front of the village store to unload but then you have to move your car.
Cons: I wish they would stock some basics such as: Salt/pepper/oil. Shampoo, better soap, A few bottles of drinking water, a couple extra towels (No pool towels). The blankets on the bed are not very warm nor cozy and there is only one extra thin blanket per room. The sofa is very uncomfortable.
Luckily there is Seasons Market steps away that carry anything you need (toiletries, food, alcohol). They have a coffee bar with excellent pastries. The prices are surprisingly good for a resort type market. (Same as your local store or better. Only exception is on alcohol. I'm use to Costco prices).
One last thing.
Every time I have sent messages to the owner nobody ever replies. It would be nice to get a response.
Regardless I will continue to book this condo.

We've stayed here for the 2nd time and all I can say is, there isn't a better place to stay! Beautiful condo, very clean, lots of extras and a great host. The complex is also very nice, beautiful pools. We love it and we'd love to come back! Thank you

This condo was very nice. However, we arrived about 8PM and stumbled around in the dark looking for the condo. The night manager's # was out of service, there was no one around who knew where unit #180 was, and we were just about to give up and find a motel. Very frustrating when you are tired and there is no one to call. I had asked for specific directions to the unit before we arrived but none were provided. Bummer.

I had to think twice about leaving a review because I don't want everyone to find out about my secret hideout. I love this place! It's like Tuscany in the desert. A small village runs outside your door along the lake with several restaurants.(Love Luna Rossa. As good as any Italian you will find. Opened by Italian immigrants) During the summer they have concerts every weekend. Nothing like Las Vegas the strip yet the strip is only 8 miles away. Love it so much I am trying to buy a place here to retire someday. Condos are very clean. You can find them on VRBO vacation website. They are privately owned but Windmere manages them for the owners.

Well maintain property.

We stayed in Viera 180 for five nights in early June 2017, three couples in all plus 6 guests for a special occasion. Comfortable condo and excellent location. The upper level has a bedroom and full bath and the main door opens adjacent to the pool area. There is also an outside deck/patio.

The lower level has two bedrooms, each with full bath, kitchen and living area plus another outside patio--although it was 105 degrees out so didn't sit outside too much. The lower outside door is at the lake level with direct access to the great store, shops and restaurants just 150' away. The market is very well supplied.

Management staff was very responsive to our needs which were few. The rental experience was handled very professionally. We even had our rental deposit back in three days.

The kitchen could use a few more utensils, pans, etc., but we got along fine and I believe they will add more soon. they now have a Keurig coffee maker so ask about that when you rent. We were able to park in the garage to keep the car out of the heat.

We recommend this unit as a great place to stay.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The casita was very spacious, and could easily accommodate our party. The location was very central to the village, and parking was close.

A few things to note: This casita does NOT have a lake view, despite the description. You look out onto another building directly in front of you. You are only about 100 yards from the lake, however.

There is no maid service despite signs and door tags stating otherwise. Clean towels half way through the week would have been appreciated!

Most of the shops in the village are closed-- but the village is somewhat maintained. It was clean, and the restaurants that were open were very good.

It would have been nice to be provided with a book that listed village activities (like an event calendar), amenities, and other important information (like where the trash room, laundry room, fitness facilities are located, pool hours, etc.)

We made last minute reservation, But property manager take care of our booking. We are really enjoy staying at lake.
