This place was amazing! Very clean and well stocked. Right by the elevator and close to the pool and gym. The host stayed in contact from booking until check out. It was so nice to get out of the busy city of Vegas and relax in the quiet of Henderson. The pool was never crowded and was a great temp. We will definitely be making this a go to spot when we come to Vegas!

The property was amazing, from the pool to walking the docks of lake las Las Vegas. The beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was amazing. A kitchen that's stocked for you to use, that's bigger than my kitchen at home. I will definitely being staying here again.

The location was amazing overlooking the pool and view of the lake (even with the palm tree in the way). The suite was quite spacious and bright.

The apartment was clean and spacious the building was a bit outdated and the tile in the kid pool was broken and falling off. Very mellow area most of the stores were vacant. If your looking for a quiet vacation this is the place because there is not much excitement going on.

The condo has been nicely updated. It over looked the pool, was conveniently located near the elevator and the beds were comfortable. We did find it frustrating though that there wasn’t a broom or a vacuum to use, especially since we have 3 small kids, the floors only seemed to be swept and never mopped because our feet were always completely black, no hot pad holders for cooking and lack of supplies such as garbage bags, TP and paper towels. Overall great experience, quiet and beautifully updated condo. We will stay again!

the rental was exactly as it was shown in the pictures. we had everything we needed for a 5 day getaway. Great view of the lake and the stores and restaurants near the lake were a nice walk

The accommodations are spacious, clean and in a great location. The pools are beautiful and the property grounds are well maintained. We felt safe and were able to explore the grounds, choose meals from a variety of restaurants, golf and enjoy the lake with all it’s amenities. Lake Las Vegas is a short drive to Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon and the Strip. We were able to make many wonderful memories while staying in the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I were in town for a girls trip. We wanted to be close to Lake Mead (for a big hike), yet still have access to the Las Vegas Strip. The apartment is spacious - it was perfect with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, gated garage parking, and doorman. We enjoyed the deck, overlooking the pool (pool towels also provided), and having morning coffee and evening champagne. We also were impressed with all of the restaurants and activities happening in the Lake Las Vegas Community - I highly recommend trying the Neon Paddle (imagine 75 people on paddle boards with glow sticks)! It was a fantastic property for our long weekend!

Good and clean place to stay with family.

We have stayed in these rooms before and loved them. The room was big, beautiful and nice and cool. This room was missing just a few items to get you started. We are use to walking in to having soda,bottled water,snacks and other items in the room to get you started. The only thing we had available was salt and pepper. That is it.I would suggest this room to anyone who is interested. We give it two thumbs up. We also love dealing with Raymond the property mgr.

We stayed 3 nights with our two children and everything was perfect. The condo met all of our needs, was very comfortable and had a great view.

The kids loved the pool and hot tub and we all enjoyed paddle boarding and the electric boats.

The village across the bridge was fun to explore and there is a grocery store with a surprisingly large inventory and good prices.

We highly recommend the area and this condo.

Great location quiet stay even with the band playing down by the lake. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We would stay again.

It was so easy to check in. The Windermere staff was so helpful. My favorite place was the french bakery down by the lake.
Also loved the Mexican restaurant. We will be back.

The place was very clean, quite and beautiful. We were very impressed and would love to come back again, but in warmer weather and longer days (summer time)

Our stay was perfect, defiantly recommend to any one who wants some time away from the strip, yet you can hop in the car and be there in minutes. Very clean, very nice place and the surroundings are fantastic. The people in the quaint neighborhood were friendly and very helpful. My family had a great time and would absolutely book again.

Love Lake Las Vegas

Great unit with a view and close to elevator. It just needs a little more of an upgrade in appliances and carpet in bedrooms could use a cleaning. Sid provided excellent customer service and would stay there again.Viera location is great to visit restaurants and enjoy activities. Great for families and they addition of a grocery store which is well stocked was a pleasant surprise.

Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Such a nice find, Lake Las Vegas.

We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much we came back this year. The unit was lovely.
We just had to buy coffee filters,t.p. and soap. Would be nice to have extra available to guests.

The condo was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Nice view of the lake with a nice balcony. Looks like the condo might have been redecorated...not sure. Would stay there again.

Very nice clean, modern, well kept condo. Well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable beds good linens, soft fluffy towels. Town very quiet, but good restaurants and nice grocery few steps away.
