Viera 305

Our visit wasn’t a vacation visit. We had work in the Vega/Henderson area for a long period of time and found this great place to stay. The views are amazing. Lots to do and not far from the strip! I highly recommend this place. The host, Raymond was absolutely wonderful!!

This is the perfect place to be when you want something opposite of the Strip. Lots of water activities, great restaurants, and friendly people.

We had a wonderful experience in unit #305 of Viera. Had a few minor issues that were corrected promptly and the unit meet and exceeded our needs. Raymond, (Host) does his job to perfection and is a great guy.

The property was nice. However, it is a bit hard to find at first. The Hoover Dam and the nearby restaurants were nice.

Stayed there for a week in July, very quiet in terms of people during the week and by the weekend it got busier. Condo was well equipped the everything you would need. Pro's- ice maker, a/c, washer/drier, comfy beds, room darkening curtains. Con's- no coffee maker only a Keurig, and only 2 chairs on deck, long walk from main doors and pool and no BBQ's. Would stay again.

Stayed for 3 days for a girls trip. Place was nice, but needs updating. Carpet is stained in areas,and should be replaced. Bathrooms and bedrooms are comfortable and clean.

The drain in the guest bathroom shower was plugged. Also, the room was quite hot at night. The temperature appears to be programmed to switch to a hotter setting than most people like to sleep in. You have to wake up in the middle of the night to reset the temperature.

This condo was very nice and the location was perfect. Great patio and view.

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Has a little store right down the street. Beautiful surroundings.

Really enjoyed. We made our reservation for the condo thru Sid at Windermere. He helped us choose the condo and the pricing was good. I think it is a really good value. The condo was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Very nice Condo with convenience to the pool area and the Village. We have visited Lake Las Vegas over the years and love it. So glad to see Restaurants open and the great new Market in the Village.

This was an excellent location for us. We were in the area on business so the quiet, clean atmosphere served our purpose perfectly. You can still go into Las Vegas if you want, but if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip (and there are people that do), then this is a perfect location. Fairly priced, nice bedrooms and more like staying in an apartment than a hotel room.

Our stay was perfect, defiantly recommend to any one who wants some time away from the strip, yet you can hop in the car and be there in minutes. Very clean, very nice place and the surroundings are fantastic. The people in the quaint neighborhood were friendly and very helpful. My family had a great time and would absolutely book again.

I love staying out from the hustle of Vegas but still get to experience anything I want. The apartment was lovely and exactly as portrayed. Will return to this condo if available. A minute walk to the pool and hot tub. Excellent condo!

Very nice, clean place! My husband and I enjoyed our stay here away from the strip but still close enough to enjoy all of Vegas. We will stay here again on our next trip to Vegas!!

This place is fabulous. I has everything you could need or want. Very neat and orderly. Loved our stay

Definitely a great place to stay. I would retire in this community if I can. A good way to describe it would be a 4 star hotel suite for less than half the price. Sid was able to answer all questions. Room was very clean and the pool and fitness room was great. Only thing I would probably change is updating the bed sheets. Other than that, would happily stay here again.

My family of 4 stayed here in August. The property was as described and kept very clean. Kitchen facilities were well kept.The entire area around the village was very nice and quiet. As other reviewers have mentioned, many businesses are closed, so this is good as a place to stay away from downtown if you're looking for a quiet place. We enjoyed our stay, and the management was accommodating in assisting with a late checkout.

What a great find! Our condo was very clean and comfortable with all of the basics we needed. Morning coffee on the balcony was amazing! We enjoyed a few of the restaurants and loved walking around exploring the property. The market was very well priced and had everything you would need. It is an easy drive to both Fremont Street and the Strip. I will be back with my husband to enjoy local golf and the great pool area!!

Comfortable and well kept up. Great for family with children with twin beds available.

Great amenities. Convenient location. The beds were comfortable. There was a blue-ray player. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The Wifi was sketchy. The carpet needed to be cleaned.

Wonderful time and very quiet. Will be going back next year. My only minus was the condo smelled a little musty from the front loading washing machine. I Had to air out the condo and run the machine to clear the smell.

Enjoyed staying at this condo; it had everything we needed and the market was just a few steps away and had everything we needed. Love Lake Las Vegas! We will be back!
