The villa was beautiful, not to mention the views. The staff was very professional and available for my every call. We were close to the village, market, restaurants and entertainment. We didn’t have to go offsite for anything. Thanks to Raymond and Sid for a job well done!!

This is a beautiful unit, very spacious well appointed, comfortable, incredibly clean, and with beautiful views and patios!

As other reviews have said, the carpet could be replaced, but was still great quality and clean!

The beds were incredibly comfortable. Lots of towels were provided, including pool towels.

Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit.

Raymond was very helpful and responsive.

Would definitely return and stay at this unit again!

The property and location itself were excellent. The interior as mentioned could use a good cleaning, especially the carpets. Even though it has been mentioned in previous reviews, nothing has been done. We were without water for one day, ( Maintenance issue) and then no hot water for 2 days. The management company's response was not their fault.

This was our first time to Nevada with kids. Our 5 and 2 year old girls loved it here! The pool was nice and heated although we were told it isn’t usually heated this time of year. Perhaps they heated it for Spring Break? The little village has restaurants and shops, the lake is lovely, there is a big sand box and grassy area. The only negatives were that on weekends there were private events with loud music blaring into the wee hours. Our kids slept through it but we suffered despite ear plugs and white noise machines. There is also no place for recycling which deeply disturbed us! Lastly, as others before us have said in their reviewed, the carport needs a proper shampoo cleaning.

The condo is located in beautiful Lake Las Vegas. Our stay was to play outside-not the strip. We were close to Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, Boulder City. Easy access to Valley of Fire and Red Rock Canyon. The condo was clean, well appointed, comfortable with views of the lake and village. The patio was terrific. The convenience of restaurants and the general grocery store in the village were welcoming after hiking all day. This is our second stay in Lake Las Vegas and we highly recommend it.

Fantastic spot with a cool village below. Restaurants, grocery etc. Location on the lake is very nice. Unit is very spacious with a two great decks and a well-appointed kitchen. Underground parking is a plus. If I was to be overly critical, the carpets could likely use a shampoo to bring this unit up to its original glory. But everything else was perfect and the unit was very clean. I would stay there again.

We had a great stay! The property is very clean, well managed and has all the amenities you could want. The description was accurate and the property location was wonderful. We will go back again. They had great customer service and we would recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Viera. The condo was the perfect size for our group. The patios extend the space so much that you really feel like it is so large! There was a small problem with the pool, but our host, Raymond, was extremely helpful and found us a great replacement just next door. Raymond was a great host! My only suggestion is that the dining set’s chairs are a plush fabric and we had kids with us. Fabric dining chairs and kids aren’t a great combo so I spent a lot of time scrubbing those suckers down after eating. But then I went to the patio, saw the view, and forgot all about those chairs. Highly recommend.

I have been staying on the property of the resort since it opens in 2004. The unit I was in this time I never have been in it. I just LOVED it!!! Raymond the VIP host is fantastic!!! Everything I would rate a 10!!! The only thing I would have to say is that for guests staying longer than a week possibly extra paper towels, toilet paper, more hand and wash clothes, so not to have to launder all the time... other than that perfect with a million dollar view. I plan on coming back and staying at that unit. ❤️

As advertised. Great views of the lake, mountains and golf course. Walking trails through the desert is close. Quiet neighborhood and building. Hot tub and pool were available — many activities that I was not able to participate in. Frequently saw boaters, rowing teams and paddle boarders on the water.

Love! Love! Love! Beautiful condo. Beautiful property. Very clean and comfortable. The village, which is only a 5 minute walk, was very quaint. My husband and I felt like we were in an Italian village. There were great restaurants and a small grocery store, which had great coffee! It was nice to stay out from the hustle and bustle of the strip. It was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise and sunset every day. The property manager was easily accessible, very helpful, and gave us great information when we arrived. I would love to stay here again!
